Car #9 A. Mikkelsen / A.Jaeger (Volkswagen Polo R WRC): “I see Seb’s line, I try to stay in it all the time. I have not driven this stage to well in the past and we had a good pace for the first time. Let’s hope to continue like this”..
Car #5 M. Ostberg / O. Floene (Ford Fiesta RS WRC): “Tyres looking good. Not bad, quite a tricky stage and the car is moving a lot on the soft tyres. I felt the driving was good, the car is working well and I am pleased with the time”.
Car #4 D. Sordo / M. Marti (Hyundai New Generation i20 WRC): ”I have some more confidence the roads are more open today so better.. I did not run a really good stage, I lost some time in a few corners but I am happy with the car and enjoyed it is better than yesterday”.
Car #2 J.-M. Latvala / M. Anttila (Volkswagen Polo R WRC): “It was a clean run, but I have been a bit cautious in the rocks. It is a long day, the car is OK now I have a good feeling now. We changed the gearbox and the front diff is working now”.
Car #12 O. Tanak / R. Molder (Ford Fiesta RS WRC): “I am quite pleased, but I still think I lost a lot of time in the end because the tyres were getting soft and moving around a lot. I am happy with the driving and with the car”
Car #20 T. Neuville / N. Gilsoul (Hyundai New Generation i20 WRC): “Quite slippery, a lot of dust in the car since the beginning and that distracted me. I lost 1-2s when I went wide on a junction, but I am happy”. [mix h&s tyres]

Car #21 M. Prokop / J. Tomanek (Ford Fiesta RS WRC): “It was OK, just a lot of big big stones.. I tried to avoid them and being careful. Did not enjoy much it out there”.
Car #16 H. Solberg / I. Minor (Ford Fiesta RS WRC): (missing a part of the car in the front) “There are so many big stones in the road and I tried to avoid them. But I am going flat out!”.
Car #37 L. Bertelli / S. Scattolin (Ford Fiesta RS WRC): “Tyres look bad? OK. We went wide twice at a junction and lost 3-4s apart from that everything is OK so far”. big bulge on his tyre
Car #10 K. Abbring / S. Marshall (Hyundai i20 WRC): “Feels really good, yesterday’s morning loop was very difficult. Now the feeling with the car is really good. I changed the balance of the car and turning in is much better now and the notes worked really well. Changes worked out well, I am happy you never know if they will. I reckon the new car is quicker, but we have a different road position and tyres”.
Car #30 A. Rajhi / M.Orr (Ford Fiesta RS Wrc): “We feel OK, not a good start today it is slippery and very fast, more than I thought. We need softer springs. But we will see. Confidence is OK after yesterday, building on it and in a few stages it will come back.” (some oil leaking out)
Car #18 V. Gorban / V. Korsia (Mini Countryman WRC): “The car is now perfect and working very well. The guys did a great job yesterday to make us race today. No problems, all is OK”.

Car #35 E. Lappi / J. Ferm (Skoda Fabia R5): “Everything is going according to the plan. We know this rally is pretty tough and rough from last year. There is still a awful lot to go, we need to be careful and stick to the cautious plan”
Car #34 T. Suninen / M. Markkula (Skoda Fabia R5): “The driving felt quite good, but we have different tyres I think [compared to Lappi]. Not easy to be faster but we will try.Let’s see what happens”.
